Originally opened by Michelin-starred Chef Curtis Duffy and now in partnership with the award-winning creative team at Mr Lyan Studio, led by Ryan Chetiyawardana. Together reinventing what a cocktail bar can be—seasonal, boundary-pushing drinks, grounded in technique, built for fun. After is where culinary precision meets barroom revelry. 

Seasonal ingredients take center stage in both the kitchen and behind the bar, inspiring bold plates and inventive cocktails that evolve throughout the year. We serve drinks and food designed to spark conversation and stir things up.
